The retreat includes nourishing, retreat-aligned meals designed to support clarity, grounding and energy work. Dietary needs and preferences can be accommodated with advance notice.
Can I book my own accommodation?
Starbridge Ibiza is intentionally designed as a fully immersive, residential experience. Staying together, sharing meals, and moving through the week as a community allows the group field to deepen and supports integration at every level.
For those who live in Ibiza or prefer to arrange their own accommodation, non-accommodation participation tickets are available. These provide full access to the 7-day retreat program, with the option to include meals or attend without meals.
If you choose the no-meals option, food can be purchased on-site. Please note that outside meals cannot be brought into the venue.
Is there a livestream option?
Yes. A livestream ticket is available for those unable to attend in person. The cost is €333 for the entire 7 days, with lifetime access.

What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that committing to a retreat is a meaningful decision. To support confident bookings while protecting the integrity of the retreat, the following cancellation policy applies.
7-Day Cooling-Off Period
Within 7 days of booking: 100% refund, provided the retreat start date is more than 45 days away.
All cooling-off cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period
Because this retreat is offered close to the event date and places are strictly limited, the following terms apply:
More than 45 days before the retreat start date: 75% refund of the total amount paid.
30–44 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: no refund.

Ticket Transfer Option
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant (subject to approval) up to 14 days before the retreat, at no additional cost.
This option is provided to support flexibility while maintaining the integrity of the retreat container.
Livestream Tickets
Livestream tickets are fully refundable up to 5 days prior to the event. Full replay access is included.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, all payments made will be fully refunded. The New Earth Frequency is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel or accommodation outside the retreat.
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal circumstances and retreat cancellation.

How easy is it to fly to Ibiza in February, and when should I arrive?
Ibiza is very well connected year-round, including February, with direct and one-stop flight options from across Europe and the US.
Arrival window: Saturday 21 – Sunday 22 February
Departure / checkout: Saturday 28 February (morning)
For European and UK guests, there are excellent direct flight options:
London → Ibiza: Direct flights, approx. 2.5 hours
Amsterdam → Ibiza: Direct flights, approx. 2.5 hours
Paris → Ibiza: Direct and one-stop options
Barcelona → Ibiza: Very frequent direct flights, approx. 1 hour
Madrid → Ibiza: Direct flights, approx. 1.25 hours
These routes make same-day arrival on Sunday 22 February very straightforward for most European travellers. The retreat begins later that afternoon, allowing plenty of time to arrive, settle in, and land gently.
For US and long-haul guests, flights typically involve one connection via a major European hub such as Madrid, Barcelona, London, or Paris. Total travel time is usually 12–16 hours, depending on route.
Because of this, we strongly recommend US and long-haul guests arrive on Saturday 21 February, giving you time to rest, adjust, and arrive feeling clear and resourced before the retreat begins.
